The key won't do anything sterring locked up !

My son from College called the key to the sterring and starting won't do nothing won't unlock or move.

I took my other key up to him and it won't do nothing.  Any suggestions?

Its a 2001 with 200,000 miles on her !

I guess what I thought was wrong wasn't right. Looks like it needs to go to the dealer. I know, just what you need.

Sometimes the steering wheel locks up and the key won't work.  Did you try pulling down on the steering wheel while trying to turn the key.  It works on both my wifes and my car.
