MY 2002 IS CREEPIN UP ON THE TIME TO CHANGE TIMING BELT ANYONE KNOWS HOW MUCH THIS COST, AND IS IT AN EASY TASK FOR A DIY??

Hey Reggie,so it's time to change the timing belt the drive belt and the other belt along with the water pump,it is a major job and it is expenscive,bbut worth doing if you want to have a good running car.
I just had mine done at around 60,000. They changed the water pump, timing belt, checked the motor mounts and recharged the air conditioner for a little over $500.00. This is not a DIY job, unless you have very good and up to date equipment. Good luck......
Yea I figured as much just replace the starter myself, that wasnt too bad a lot of un bolting stuff. But the timing belt maybe a job for a pro. Thanks alot!!!
I'm not sure if you have had this done yet but, when I did mine they did the usual belt, water pump, tensioner. It cost me close to 1000.00 for parts and labor.
