I would like to add some lighting under the hood and in the grill cavity. Anyone have any suggestions on which lights to use and placement of them ? I guess the ideal situation is to not see the actual lights but to see the glow when they are on. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

I used the led light strips that come with the double sided tape on them. They come in different lengths and are really thin. So, you can place them almost anywhere. Another thing that will help it "glow' is to have other things in the engine compartment the same color as the lights. If you have red lights ,get red wire loom and paint some parts red.
Hey Duck, nice to hear from you. The guy's name is Tom Jones, (not the singer) His business is in South Bend, Indiana, 1 Stop Vehicle Reconditioning, phone 574-288-2277

thanks to all who replied. I found some lights and some wire loom covers and have them on order. I'll have something to do next week when they arrive. One more question for Dwight.......... do you have any problem with the double-sided tape with all the heat under the hood ?
