i would love to have other pt cruiser go to local shows i am the only one lots of times. if we have quite a few cars coming we can request a cruiser class. i actually had to get my own sponsor trophys etc; because it was not in their budget to add a class. it really went over well. i can request that of couple of upcoming shows but will talk to you all if interested. i like to support local charitys, church,s and the like it is nice to be part of our comunitys and show off our beautiful cars janet
I agree Janet, we need more shows in Kentucky. I talked to the man having the Mt. Sterling show for the Special Olympics and he was more than happy to add a PT class and give us parking together. I am currently working on another one in Jackson Kentucky in Sept. for Foster Children. We have been discussing a PT Class and he is currently attempting to get the funding for additional classes. He will let me know soon. There are so many events in our state, but like you, I prefer to go to the shows in a group. It really turns heads when several of us pull up to an event together, or anywhere else for that matter. I don't expect to place at the shows, I just enjoy the events and the company of other PT cruiser owners.
i have placed and won at some shows here it is not easy. going to lexington paul miller show today was a bomb last year. like to show my car tho have to take the good with the bad. one guy has stolen some of my ideas . also i go to a lot of shows in the area and cruise ins . see you all next weekend janet.
Hey Janet, if you know of any upcoming local shows please share with us. I would've went to the Paul Miller show, I didn't know anything about it, lol.

I would love to go to some Kentucky events. I will do some research and see if I can find any events. There will be an event in Whitley City in Sept, but I am still waiting to hear from him wether or not he is willing to give us a PT Class. There will also be one in Jackson in Sept who is working on giving us class of our own. I have been talking with him via email. I will keep everyone updated, until then, we have Mt. Sterling on Aug 15th. Please let us know of anything you find Janet, most of us will join you.
what about Boonesboroh Boogie they have in the fall... Im not sure if they are open to newer vehicles or not.. Or if they would give us a class but its a BIG 3 day show at the Boonesboroh State Park in Kentucky.. between LExington and Richmond right off Interstate 75.
