Hi, We went to Nicholasville, KY for our daughters graduation. We brought both our cruisers because Craig was leaving last Sunday to go back to work and I am staying until Thursday with my mother-in-law. Craig took the vanilla one back to NY because as luck would have it, our 2001 Red cruiser broke. We had it towed to our daughters mechanic (he works from his home and does not have the ability to fix it. The mechanic says it has a cracked head and estimates that it will cost about $2000.00. My brother-in-law is in the process of looking into some options. We have decided to just sign it over to my daughter and she will be trying to find a good rebuilt engine. Have you ever heard of this happening to anyone?
Sorry I couldn't get them too you cheap enough. I'm taking the Blue Flame to Beach Hope to get to meet you there your a very nice person. If I don't sell them before then I will bring them to the Beach.
Hey whistler, Sorry took so long to get back to you the wheels is going to cost more than 30 to ship each. If you don't mind I'm going to sell them here where they can pick them up. But I did promise them to you What ever you want to do just let me know.
thought about doing the smokies, but guess we are going to pass this year. if somebody else is interested, let them have them. if you still have them , maybe we can meet up at myrtle beach. wife wants to take her car down this year. slow down on the work, life is too short not to have a little fun. gary
That's hysterical...well I have made reservations, but havent' sent in our registrations yet...should get em in soon I guess. Will probably be the only show we do out of town this year...as in more than a "couple hours away"...start to finish, crossing the border at Saulte Ste Marie Michigan, we'll be a nine hour drive...can hardly wait!!!!!!!!!!
OOOOh, yeah nasty stuff our North American winters...Steve is all chrome and put away nicely in storage. My poor PT is still my daily driver...glad I took the rims off for winter...get the salt off whenever I can, and of course did the big undercoating two years in a row...so that helps a lot. Will we see you at Amish country cruisin????
Whistler, thanks for putting up the photos...poor salty PT....looks like you guys get all the road crud too. eh? Is it my imagination, or did we see you at Cruzthefalls last year????
