Hello All! It's with sincerest regrets that I have to inform you that I have gotten rid of my PT. Due to a major mechanical problem that was not cost effective to repair, I have had to trade in the PT. I will be keeping this page since I have made some great friendships on here, and PT folks are just the best. I've wanted a pickup for quite some time and now was that time! I just bought a 2010 Nissan Frontier King Cab. I can't wait to see more PTs and to anyone new who comes to this page, you've found an AWESOME place. The people here are the best and are a WEALTH of information. Thank you everyone and keep on Cruisin'!!!!

if you don;'t mind me asking... what mechanical issue did it have?

lately, mine has been having a few issues... so if it is along the same lines as what you went through... i may just get my Jeep afterall...

Sorry to lose you as a fellow PT'er, your car was awesome! You"ll always be part of the family whether you have a PT or not. Once you start to trick out the truck (and I know you will), post some pictures.

Yes...I like to think of the truck as a blank slate. It's going to be a while...but I'm sure it's coming. The tough part is getting a truck so new that there are NO aftermarket parts for it yet. But it's my first NEW ride since 2002. I will definitely stay posted on here.

I agree with the others here... OH NO! Say it ain't so!!! Your replacement vehicle sounds like what you really wanted, so wishing you Happy Truckin' and Safe Roads ahead! Stay outta trouble and post here from time to time... perhaps a photo of the new Nissan Frontier King Cab? How will I know you now, if I actually wander up to Edgewood?

On a more serious note. Im sorry that you had problems with the PT, but it sounds like you got what you wanted. It sounds like an awesome truck. Just promise that you will keep up with everyone on the network....
