seat belts

I'm searching for a seat belt for the passenger back seat, I can't seem to get the part from the online auto part stores. Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

I have a seat belt from my 2003 limited edition of cruiser and I have many new parts. I also have a complete set of tires and rims for a pt cruiser 16" wheels , the tires are like brand new, only about 700 miles on them they're 205/55/R16 , I'm only asking $300.00 for the whole set , wheels are 5 lug chrome.
