What Year, Model, & Color PT Cruiser do you own?
2002/Limited/Inferno Red
Do you belong to a PT Cruiser Club?
If so, which club?
Northern New England
What modifications does your PT currently have?
California Crusin' Woody kit, chrome addon's to grill,
front and rear bumpers, chrome side spears and walnut
center console, and red fuzzy dice of course. After 6 years of TLC
to PT Phil, painted the brakes to match the car color, red. Update 4/2012
Now 10 years old, only 42,000 miles. Such a pampered life.
I bought this PT Cruiser in February of 2002. It is the rare "Town & Country" edition.
I towed it behind my Diesel motorhome for a couple years. You would never know it as
it didn't pick up stone chips due to two types of stone and mud flaps on the MH. He, (PT
Phil) has winters off, to keep him looking his best, Winters up here in Northern
New England can be nasty. This PT easily gets 32 MPG on the highway and never less
than 28 around town. I do all my own mechanical work. Nothing but synthetic oil for
PT Phil. He just got new tires last Fall (09) but amazingly still has the original
battery. Still no dents or chips on the fenders. Always looking showroom new.

My custom PT needs a good home......

Posted on September 28, 2015 at 12:00pm 0 Comments

Today is September 28th. We have both agreed to have our PT adopted. The new bespoke replacement cannot be ordered until he is in his new home. For those interested in taking a look, we are a member of the New England Cruisers. Our PT is inferno red with a 'California Crusin' 12 piece woodie package. Chrome accents on the bumbers, grill and door spears. Several custom touches here and there. Trim is Limited version. 5 speed stick, antilock brakes, 5 spoke chrome OEM rims, etc. Never used in… Continue

Changed my mind for the umpteenth time....

Here I go again. PT Phil is NOT for sale at this time. What was I thinking? I know what I want to buy, but as Woodie Allen would say: "I may be the boss, but Mommy is the decision maker". Am I clear?

Time to offer PT Phil for adoption

Posted on February 23, 2015 at 6:56am 1 Comment

After 13 trouble free years, and less than 50,000 miles, we are offering PT Phil for adoption. Remember, this, he has never been driven in the winter, so has never lost his showroom new looks.
Inquires to please. Thanks

Hi Alan,

Where is Peterborough in relation to Derry, NY? I have a son and grandchildren living there. I just bought my convert from a dealer, Crosstown Motors in Littleton, NH.
I like the woody they make woody kits for convertibles?

Also, on the home page of the PT Cruiser Network, it shows a convertible with a chrome trunk mounted luggage rack...any leads on how o get one?  Fred

Hi Alan... like that woody kit! I had considered a similar one for my almond PT, when I first got it... but never went for it. Yours looks really nice!

Welcome to the network Alan. That woody kit really caught my eye. This is one that I hope to see in person. I looks very clean, like a factory kit. On behalf of the Alabama Cruisers and the Woody PT Cruisers, WELCOME !
