New Tires and Wheels

Happened to find a great deal online for tires and wheels, went over to the local Discount Tire shop and they beat the price! Man they look great on this PT!!! Pictures posted in the above photo album. In 2 weeks I'll be installing the Tokico shocks and struts and the H&R lowering springs...

Boy did it snow here!!!

Well out here on Lake Norman, NC, we get a small amount of snow, usually more than Charlotte (25 mi south), but this was crazy. 6" of snow in one night! Was a devastatingly beautiful day after it, so I wandered around taking photos and watching the crazies get out and drive on it. Snow on top of ice = bad day of driving, so I stayed in. Out the front door:

PT Racing and Tuning

Well, spent last week in Florida, took the PT and my Predator and visited with the guys at DiabloSport where I got a custom tune on Friday. Then took the car out and ran it at Palm Beach International Raceway. Had a blast, but still didn't feel right, so took the PT down to Rage-Tek in Ft. Lauderdale on Saturday...oh boy, what a difference a day makes! Spent the evening on their dyno while Nemo custom tuned my PT. do your wheels have the extra lug holes? i know it won't matter as much with the black centers, but was somewhat concerned that it would be hard to clean the brake dust and dirt out of those.

Have you had any problems? These will be a chunk of change and I want to make the right decision; otherwise I wil have a lot invested in rims that I cannot use.
