What modifications does your PT currently have?: Tint windows ,door handle scratch plates ,billet grille,sm door flame graphics.17 inch Advanti racing wheels, pinstriping around the beltline. The rest Standard with continued personalizing.

PT Cruiser members hat pin

G'day all,

I have a collection of Chrysler / Mopar related hat pins/badges & similar small items. Does anyone have any they would like to sell or know where I can purchase them from. I have 2 PT cruiser badges at the moment (Las Vagas & Washington) in the 80+ I have, with a small budget I will pay up to $10 plus post cost to Australia.

Tape player problem

Has any body had any trouble with their sound system.
This happened a little while ago with the PT . I normally don't put cassettes in to listen to but when I did, it would not turn off, even when I turned the car off & removed the key (panic), it was stuck in fast forward. So no tapes get into the car let alone near the tape player !!

We are heading into fall here... temps dropped all at once this week... in the upper 40's at night now and highs in the mid 70's. A week ago we were highs in the upper 90's... lows in the mid 70's!!
I Have a parade this coming Monday (Labor Day) and then a few small shows and a Motor Rally first weekend in October... my first such event, with a show'n'shine at end of cruise. I'll be posting pics as I do the events. My BIG event is the second week of October down at Ocean City, MD. That's where over 1,500 cars are on display and hundreds of others come down to just show off. A GREAT long weekend to be at the beach!

I added the wood grain steering wheel cover a few years ago. I think they are still available... will check into where I purcased (on-line I know that) and send you an e-mail with the info. It was the only one that semi-matched the dash pod and center overlays I had added. You can also get a real PT Cruiser wood and leather wheel, but that costs like $400 and requires you send the company your old wheel. That's why I went with the overlay ring. LOL!!
Yeah... I wish I still had that '72 Dodge Challenger and my '88 Nissan Pulsar NX/SE still... those were my favorites... before my love affair with my PT that is!

In your photo of the Mopar parts and posters, you have a picture of my first car... (though I think your picture is of a 1973 or 1974?) ... a 1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340 4bbl... and mine was in Hemi Orange.
